A LITTLE UPDATE ON THIS NEARLY 8TH MONTH PREGNANT WOMAN!
April 23, 2008 10:44 pmI am approaching my 34th week of pregnancy and thought I should document a little of this fourth child’s being inside of me. I have to first apologize to my husband and children for my irritability, zero patience and oneryness. I have never been this hormonal during a pregnancy before. Perhaps its the fact that I have three other children who don’t like to listen to me. Or maybe its just because I’m older this time. Who knows. I’m grateful to be able to carry another baby, but I can’t wait until I have this sweet girl on the outside. I don’t like feeling like I have no control of my emotions and reactions. And the aches and pains and little sleep don’t help too much either. I shouldn’t complain, but it can be hard. I have been very pleased that I have been able to keep exercising though. That is a nice release. I still do a little “Billy” but can’t do any sort of speed walking due to pain in the pelvic region. But I have found much joy and pleasure at the pool. Why haven’t I discovered how wonderful swimming is during pregnancy before? It feels great! Meg takes swimming lessons in the morning while Emma and Cooper are at school, so I swim at the same time. Then after, we swim a little together. It works out nicely.
So here I am, just plugging along, trying not to obsess too much about my due date. Though it is hard. Thankfully my three kidos keep me plenty busy and time really does fly by. Sometimes more quickly than I’d like when I look at my babies and see how big they are getting. I don’t want to miss where they are now. They are amazing. Plus, I’m counting on them to put me into labor!

You look great! I love that color green, its so great and springy! Swimming feels so great, it takes all the pressure off the tired joints, doesn’t it? Do you have names you are considering? I can’t wait to see what 4th Wise baby!
I think I always count how many days I have left of my pregnancy about three times a day at the end. Hope you and your family are well.
Oh Kristen….You can do it!!!! I’m actually jealous that you are so close to being done!!! You look great as usual. I’m so glad that kids seem to forgive and forget easily.
you look adorable as usual. you are so close to being done–she’ll be here before you know it. cant wait to see you in a couple days.
I too am jealous! You look amazing and kudos to you for still doing Billy. Sadly, I gave him up a while back and its beginning to show! Hang in there, you’re almost done.
Love you, Kiwi! You look great (stop shaking you head – you DO!) and I am cheering you on, hoping this last month cruises by! Have old Coop get out his billy club and work his magic – that ought to send you into labor!
A final plug (o.k., maybe not final …), please come live by us. Please.
PS – that Meg is a whiz with the camera! Nice work!
Kristen, You are so cute! I can’t believe how much your kids have grown, especially Meg! She doesn’t look like a toddler anymore. We really miss having Cooper around. Logan hasn’t been able to find another friend like him. We are way behind the times and just started a blog, you’ll have to check it out to see some updated pics of the boys. Good luck with everything and let us know when you find out where you guys are going after the fellowship!
Kristen-Long time no talk! It’s great to sneak a peak at your blog. I just entered the blog world, and saw your link on someone else’s site. I can’t believe you’re to baby #4! That’s great! I think you look fabulous. I laughed when I read the part about the pain in the pelvic region. I remember you and I talking about the horrible pains “down south” that no one else seems to understand. The wripping of ligaments, the inability to roll over in bed, and the soreness that makes us waddle! Oh, Kristen…I so remember those feelings. I am sorry you are experiencing them again. Please keep in touch and let us know when the new arrival comes. You are more than welcome to come visit our blog at http://www.anthonyandnatalie.blogspot.com. Please keep in mind I just started this last weekend and I have no idea what I’m doing yet. I have much to learn! Nat
